Monthi Feast celebration on Sep 8

Belvai Sep 8, 2023: Monthi Feast, also known as the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary was celebrated with joy on September 8th. 

It commemorates the birth of Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, and coincides with the harvest season, marking a time of gratitude for bountiful crops and blessings.

Rev. Fr Joseph Alphonse Cardoza, Parish Priest blessed the new rice corn and celebrated the Holy Eucharist. End of the Mass, Blessed Rice Corn, Sugarcane, and sweets were distributed to the parishioners.
