Annual Feast of Belvai Parish Celebrated with fervor on Nov 1

Belvai Nov 1, 2023: The Annual Feast of St Martin de Porres was celebrated with great devotion and fervor at St Martin de Porres Church in Belvai, Mangaluru, India on November 01, 2023. The day began with a solemn Eucharistic celebration led by Rev. Fr. Apollinaris Crasta, Former Parish Priest, along with Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Joseph Cardoza and other priests from neighboring parishes.

In his homily, Fr. Onil Dsouza, Vicar Fornae Moodbidri Deanery highlighted the exemplary life of St Martin de Porres, emphasizing his virtues of charity, humility, and interfaith harmony. He urged the congregation to emulate the saint's values and strive to make a positive impact on the world.

The festive atmosphere was further enhanced by the melodious singing of the parish choir, the colorful decorations adorning the church, and the stalls set up by the youth parishioners.
